Registration Open for Fall League!

The weather is cooling and the leaves are starting to turn, so you know what that means? Time for the Fall Trap and Skeet leagues! To join the team, come up to the Durand Sportsmen's Association during the sign up times listed below!

Things to Remember

Parents, please help us make our limited practice times more efficient. New this fall, all clay target

fees will be paid directly to the head table of the Sportsmen’s Club. The team is not collecting. The fee

per round is $6.00 for trap or skeet. Must bring cash or credit card and pay weekly after

shooting is complete.

Items Needed for Every Practice/Competition:

• Properly working Shotgun in Gun Case (prefer soft cases)

• Range Bag (Backpack or duffle bag)

• Ammo pouch

• Hearing & Eye Protection (make sure they fit properly)

• 50 rounds of Ammunition 2 ¾ inches long, 7 ½ or 8 shot (no reloaded ammunition)

• Other ideas: Gloves, hat, rag and small can of gun oil

• Clothing permitted for outside weather

• $12 (2 rounds) for clay target fees, additional rounds shot will be $6.00 per round

Parents that would like to spectate outdoors will also be required to wear hearing & eye protection.

All Spectators must always stay behind the sidewalk. The Durand Sportsmen’s Club has coffee

available by donation on Saturday mornings. They also sell pop, water, & snacks inside the clubhouse.

All group communication will be done via a Private Durand Trap Facebook Group. This will be set up

once signups are completed, and you will be added to this group. Please let us know if you don’t use

Facebook and we will accommodate you. There is a Public Durand High School Trap Team Facebook

Page that will be used only to promote our team, post pictures and accomplishments of our athletes.

Holiday Glow Walk

In December we hold a glow walk at the Durand Sportsmen's Association; we will need volunteers through most of December to help setup, run, and tear down. Students who volunteer enough hours will have their shooting fees covered for the Spring season!
